Move1, a North American Van Lines franchise found themselves needing an entirely new technology infrastructure from wiring, to desktop computers and servers.

From a new accounting system, warehouse management service and new server room, to an entirely new set of workstations; Move1 needed a quick solution that would be both robust, and provide a quick ROI.

Lloyd Technologies was given a ninety day window to research, suggest, then implement and test the new environment. Our project was completed ahead of schedule and below our budget expectations.

We used Dell PowerEdge 1600SC servers loaded with Windows 2000 Server. The clients ran Windows 2000 Workstation. For accounting and freight management software, we used software from Transportation Technology Inc. (www.ttisoftware.com).
